Tsim Sha Tsui is part of the Yau Tsim Mong District in Kowloon. Around Kwun Tong and Kowloon Bay many industrial buildings now house offices, restaurants, gyms and studios, while Kai Tak is a newer district. Kowloon's streets are busiest in the evening and at weekends, shops keep long hours with many open until about 22:00, and the Kwun Tong, Tsuen Wan and Tuen Ma lines plus buses and minibuses reach almost everywhere. The Tsim Sha Tsui waterfront has the Avenue of Stars and the Cultural Centre, Star Ferries cross to Central and Wan Chai, and the area is full of hotels, malls and restaurants.

Surprisingly a better roasted meat shop with a higher level of service standard. It was a typical setting for the usual restaurant in Hong Kong, not spacious, have to squeeze a little but it was acceptable. The food was unexpectedly delicious with reasonable pricing.

We loved Yung’s Tangerine Peel Roast so much that it became both our first meal after arriving in Hong Kong and our final dinner before leaving! For our first lunch, we ordered the five-meat platter featuring roast goose, roast pork belly, suckling pig, pig trotters and BBQ pork, along with the sweet and sour pork. Everything was absolutely amazing, but the roast goose was the definite highlight. It was incredibly tender, juicy and full of flavour. I’m honestly salivating just thinking about it! We enjoyed it so much that we returned a few days later on our final night in Hong Kong. This time, we ordered the lower portion of the roast goose, regular roast pork belly, a combination platter of suckling pig and BBQ pork, and stir-fried choy sum. Once again, every dish was fantastic. I already miss this place and will absolutely return the next time I’m in Hong Kong. Highly recommended!

This restaurant wasn’t originally part of the plan, but because it started raining and the place was close to our hotel, we decided to stop by and give it a try. Surprisingly, it turned out to be a really great meal. The roast goose was excellent, with a rich and well-balanced sauce that paired beautifully with the meat. The roast suckling pig had wonderfully crispy skin and great flavor. We also tried a stir-fried vegetable dish recommended by the restaurant, which was cooked on the drier side and turned out delicious. It came loaded with shrimp, crispy fish, and preserved vegetables (not entirely sure what type, but they added a nice depth of flavor and texture). Overall, everything we ordered was genuinely enjoyable. Seeing dishes from neighboring tables also made several other menu items look very tempting. If I get the chance next time, I’d definitely come back to explore more of the menu.

We order their signature goose & chicken rice and Singaporean noodles. So lucky as they offer leg on goose & Chicken. The skin of goose is crispy and juicy. Singapore noodles just ok It is amazing as the coffee & lemon tea we had is the most HOT drinks we got in Hong Kong. It’s amazing as talked with their staffs and they told they will use hot warm to warm the cup before serving any, I really appreciate for that. Price is fair and love their cashier big smile. Highly recommend

First stop in Hong Kong! We came to this restaurant as it’s close to our hotel and has quite good ratings. We ordered the fried oyster omelette, roast goose, and blood curd. We mainly came for the goose, it was delicious! The skin was crispy and flavorful, though I found the bones a bit big and there was quite a lot of fat. The oyster omelette was my favourite, so juicy and tasty! As for the blood curd, I didn’t try it (wasn’t brave enough 😅), but my friends said it was good. Overall, not bad! I’d definitely come back just for the fried oyster omelette.
