Tsim Sha Tsui is part of the Yau Tsim Mong District in Kowloon. Around Kwun Tong and Kowloon Bay many industrial buildings now house offices, restaurants, gyms and studios, while Kai Tak is a newer district. Kowloon's streets are busiest in the evening and at weekends, shops keep long hours with many open until about 22:00, and the Kwun Tong, Tsuen Wan and Tuen Ma lines plus buses and minibuses reach almost everywhere. In the busy area of TST, this Thai restaurant is a quote Pearl. We came in through a small elevator in the back, but the table at the terrace was great. Food amazing and definately worth a visit!!

Finished work in TST and visited Thai Master for some southeast Asian cuisine. We got seated in the cozy balcony area overlooking the Kowloon Park. The restaurant is currently offering free flow with wine, beer and several cocktails at only $98 per person. We preferred tasting their signature cocktails and ordered an infused tea liquor based Cobalt Blossom, which was bitter and zesty, and a more girly White Temple with fruity and floral notes. King Prawn Tom Yum Kung A boiling hot pot of soup probably enough for 4 to share. Rich and savory. Slightly spicy. Stir-fried Beef Fillet w/ Mango on Sizzling Pan Tender beef with a nice sear stir-fried with sweet mango cubes, onion and bell peppers. Scrambled Eggs w/ Crab Meat & Crab Paste A dish recommended by the staff. Served with nann bread and cucumber slices. A luxury way to enjoy such a big portion of crab meat! Deep-fried Fish in Hot & Sour Sauce A symphony of textures and flavors. Crunchy batter and edible bones with moist meat inside, topped with an appetizing Thai sauce highlighted by fragrant lemongrass. Layered Pudding To our surprise it was a steamed dessert. Full of coconut and pandan aroma.

Located upstairs and opposite the Kowloon Park in Tsim Sha Tsui, the atmosphere of this Thai restaurant is friendly and cheerful both indoors and outdoors. Despite the summer heat, the outdoor seating is covered and cooled by large fans, making it quite comfortable with delicious Thai dishes.

It’s a resto worthy of its name to be called master. I love Prawn 🦐 this for are probably the biggest prawn I have ever eaten. It’s meat it’s around 4-5 times than the standard one I bought from market. The sauce is really tempting, it goes well with the Thai roti 🫓 too. The waitress will light up the fire with a cup of alcohol . The scene is breathtaking! The service is quite pleasing, especially when it comes to the hotpot fish. They will help cutting the fish into portions easy enough to eat and adding soup if it goes out. The Thailand cocktail is another highlight of the resto. The jasmine tea mixed with vodka is my favourite, though my wife prefers the fruity pomelo more. I love that too, the salt on the rim is amazing 🤩

This Thai restaurant offers a delightful dining experience, especially when seated on the balcony near the half-opened window. The ambiance, with the gentle breeze and a view of the vibrant streets below, sets the perfect backdrop for a culinary adventure. Half Thai Hainanese Chicken The Half Thai Hainanese Chicken is a standout dish. The chicken is tender and juicy, boasting a subtle infusion of flavors that pay homage to both Thai and Hainanese traditions. Crab Meat with Dipping Wraps Next, the crab meat served with wraps for dipping is a must-try. The crab is fresh and succulent, beautifully complemented by a zesty sauce. Non-Spicy Morning Glory For those who prefer milder flavors, the non-spicy morning glory is a perfect choice. The greens are perfectly sautéed, retaining their crispness while absorbing the aromatic garlic. Pad Thai with Shrimp The Pad Thai with shrimp is a classic that does not disappoint. The noodles are expertly stir-fried, achieving that perfect balance of sweetness and tanginess. Generous portions of shrimp add a lovely seafood element, making it a comforting and flavorful dish. Beef Tongue and Pork Satay Skewers The beef tongue satay skewer is a revelatio
