Unlike some of the reviews here we had a very nice experience. Our dog was in a fight with some wounds and we just went here for the first time as they were on the insurance network. Can’t remember any issues with the nurse but Dr Dennis was great. He took a lot of time with us - like 30mins. Our usual vet is highly regarded in Happy Valley and always nice enough, but always seems to rush us out the exam room in 5 mins. UPDATE: We went back today for a second time. Dr Dennis was just as excellent as before and again spent a lot of time with us. And his nurse is lovely!

Dr Barry Yeung is rude, unprofessional and lacks empathy. I have visited this clinic several times and my experience with Dr Barry Yeung was all unpleasant. He was impatient with questions and the check up he did was sketchy. It was unfortunate that I have wasted time and money and I had to find better vet afterwards. I regret not bringing my dog to better clinics nearby earlier. Nonetheless, the nurses at the clinic are helpful and professional.

Horrible experience!!! Rude nurses! DO NOT GO!!! I was already skeptical after seeing the reviews but gave them benefit of the doubt. Had book for my dog to get neutered and turned into a disaster! Came for the castration surgery and the nurse asked me how was my dog’s stool? I told her it’s a bit softer than usual but he’s fine. Then they tried to charge me a consultation charge without telling me especially when I came just for the surgery and didn’t want anything else. When I said I’m not ok with that hidden charge without acknowledgment the nurse was like black face to me and shoved me the card machine without saying thank you or anything. Super awkward! Last thing she said to me was next time don’t say too much about his stool texture when she was the one asking the question and I just simply told her the truth. ( there won’t be a next time anyways) After the surgery, my dog was covered in black dried stool on his bum. ( didn’t even bother cleaning him up) After 48 hours… he had a muscle/nerve inflammation from the injection site that caused extreme pain and fever for over a week! My dog was partially paralysed and couldn’t even walk or eat, I called to let them know his sit

I brought my cat to the clinic for a body check up. The doctor was inattentive. He just carried out visual checking without using any apparatus/ equipment, not even a thermometer to test my cat’s temperature. The process just took 2 mins! How can you be sure that the cat is healthy in such short amount of time, with no equipment used? At least turn off the lights to check her skin! From the way he checked our cat, we can definitely tell he was not focusing at all. We’ve been to 5+ animal clinics/ hospitals and this has to be the worst one. Do not recommend.

The vet and nurses were incredibly loving and kind towards my dog during his vaccinations and immunochromatographic test. Despite my dog's nervousness, the staff displayed great patience and helped him calm down. The communication was excellent, as they took the time to answer my questions and explain everything thoroughly.
