Causeway Bay is part of the Wan Chai District on Hong Kong Island. The island is steep, with many streets climbing the hillside; the Central–Mid-Levels escalator links Central with the Mid-Levels and the Peak Tram runs up to The Peak. Offices, malls and old neighbourhood shops sit side by side, restaurants are packed at the office lunch hour (roughly 13:00–14:00), and with parking scarce the MTR, tram or bus is usually easier than driving. Causeway Bay is packed with malls and department stores and is very crowded at weekends; nearby Victoria Park hosts the Lunar New Year fair.

I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately, it did not meet my expectations. We stayed in a family room that has no window it made the space feel very enclosed and claustrophobic. The ceiling had an unfinished, “skeleton” look, which added to the overall discomfort of the room. The elevator was another challenge as it closes very quickly which can be inconvenient especially if you’re traveling with multiple or large pieces of luggage. Speaking of luggage, the hotel also charges for storage, which was an unexpected extra cost. This property is also not ideal for families. There were adult-themed frames displayed on the walls, making it unsuitable for children. In terms of amenities, they were very basic. Only disposable towels, shared shampoo, and toilet tissue were provided, which felt quite limited compared to standard hotel offerings. Overall, the hotel may be acceptable if you’re simply looking for a place to sleep for a short stay around this area.

The hotel room is very very small!! But I found that for the price of it and the location it was good, it is close to a train station and it’s in causeway bay, it was really easy to get to all the tourist places on Hong Kong island. I only use the hotel room for sleeping and getting ready so I didn’t need extra space. But if you want a lot of space to get ready and if you have a lot of luggage this isn’t the hotel for you because it is tiny, you can only walk like 10 steps and then it’s the best which is the width of the room. Me and my partner only had 1 backpack as we stayed two nights so that was fine but anything more would have been very hard The shower room is completely glass so you can see in when someone is showering so if you are staying with friends you might need to consider this, and if you don’t pull the blind you can see into the toilet You need to pay a $500 deposit when you stay and then it’s refunded. I didn’t know this so be aware as it’s only with a credit card or cash The check in is in the basement and thinks it’s 24hours
