Mong Kok is part of the Yau Tsim Mong District in Kowloon. Around Kwun Tong and Kowloon Bay many industrial buildings now house offices, restaurants, gyms and studios, while Kai Tak is a newer district. Kowloon's streets are busiest in the evening and at weekends, shops keep long hours with many open until about 22:00, and the Kwun Tong, Tsuen Wan and Tuen Ma lines plus buses and minibuses reach almost everywhere. Mong Kok is one of Hong Kong's busiest shopping districts: Tung Choi Street (the Ladies' Market) and Fa Yuen Street (Sneakers Street) are lined with small shops, and the buildings along Nathan Road hold countless upstairs shops.

I have been visiting this restaurant for over 15 years. Due to some unpleasant experiences in the past, I stopped dining here for a long time. The old shop used to be very dim and stuffy. I was once shocked to see rats and cockroaches moving on the ceiling๐ while I was eating, which truly frightened me. Because of that, I avoided this place for years. Despite the hygiene issues back then, the food left a deep impression on me, especially the taste, which I could never forget. Recently, I decided to give this restaurant another chance, and I was genuinely surprised. The place has been fully renovated and looks completely different now. It is much brighter, more spacious, and airy compared to the past. I ordered my favorite dish, traditional Chinese-style steamed chicken, along with a milk tea. The taste and aroma were just as good as I remembered. The chicken was tender and juicy, and the milk tea was smooth and well-balanced between the tea and milk. I am sure I will visit this restaurant more often in the future. The staff are very welcome and hospitality. If you are looking to try traditional Chinese-style dishes, I highly recommend this place. You can find steamed, fried, bak

Food is decent. Not overly salty or flavourful at this point (cos I may crave for water 2h later). Typical HK style service (at least never kana scolded for not understanding what they are saying). Coffee sucks so save your cash. Beef soup ok. Beef is not tender but still bittable. Ample portion of white rice. Not sure I ordered the right thing cos almost all other HK locals ordered their sandwiches or toast of fried rice.

The servants were polite. But the food quality and the service were really horrible. I ordered a set meal of stir fried beef in black beans garlic source. While the taste was normal, the beef was terribly tough! There was a soup come with the meal. I chose Chinese soup but they wrongly delivered a Russian soup. Then they changed it to a Chinese soup for me. But I found some grease in red colour at the edge of the bowl which looked like they just reuse the bowl without washing it. The meal costed me HKD 78 which is not very cheap. They accept cash only. I am pretty sure there are far better options in the same region at this price range. No second chance!

We ordered Hainanese Rice with Boiled Chicken and Pork Chop Rice. Tastes good, the price is not too expensive. A lot of rice is served, suitable for those of you with lots of people to share. Poor greeting. Hot water for spoons and forks is not served. Many people also came. ๐
