Great place to explore if you’re looking for electronics and accessories in Hong Kong. We visited Wan Chai Computer Centre and bought a Ulanzi MagSafe tripod here. Lots of shops and a good variety of gadgets and accessories at reasonable prices. Definitely worth checking out for tech lovers! 👍📱📸

Wan Chai Computer Centre is a fantastic spot for repairing all kinds of electronics. Whether it’s a laptop, phone, hard drive, or any gadget, this place has got you covered. It’s packed with dozens of small and bigger shops, each run by experienced technicians who really know their stuff. I’ve had them handle data recovery, screen replacements, software issues, and general repairs — and most of the time they fix it right there in just minutes. The prices are very reasonable, the service is attentive and friendly, and I’ve found them to be super reliable every time I’ve gone. One small tip: speaking a bit of Cantonese definitely helps with communication, but even if you don’t, they usually manage with basic English and gestures. Highly recommended if you’re in Hong Kong and need quick, trustworthy repairs!

The glory days of computer centers are probably a bit in the past but it's still fun to come look at all the things on offer. And I'm sure you can still get decent advice here if you're in need of it. The focus seems to be more on laptops and peripherals these days, I didn't see as much in the way of desktop systems or parts, besides some GPUs and mainboards.

I wasn't really looking to buy anything, but just wanted to visit and get an idea of the tech environment in HK. Most of the people at stores will greet you with a Hello, but that's about it, unless you go and talk with them. Coming from Japan, the prices here are a little expensive compared to Japan. Everything from PC parts, bags, drones, fans, electric toothbrushes, etc are available here. The escalators to the 2nd floor are hidden all the way at the back of the first floor.
