My cat had eye surgery at the clinic by Dr Shih 施醫生, who has been very professional and proactive in curing my cat. Dr Shih also calmed patients very well. Big thank you! Apart from Dr Shih, other doctors and nurses have also been very caring. Prices are also reasonable. Highly recommend this clinic to anyone!

Both my cats go to Dr Sze (been just over 2 years now) and he really tries his best to treat each cat with love and care, despite how busy he always is (every time we go to the clinic no matter what time of the day it’s packed with people so that says a lot). He doesn’t ask you to do unnecessary tests (which he can to earn more money) and I’ve seen from some other vets I’ve been to asking me to do totally unnecessary check ups just to jack up the bill. I’d recommend Dr Sze for those that wants an honest and caring vet. And also to mention - the nurses (both male & female) are very friendly to animals! Thank you everyone!

Worst experience ever. The nurse is nice, but Dr.Tong has a rather awful attitude. She directly gave up on trying mandarin and communicating with me. Instead she asked the nurse to “translate” for me. Don’t know if that’s the attitude a doctor should have. She didn’t comfort my cat before any examination. And I can’t standby and watch the blood draw(other clinics don’t have this weird rule). All in all, I feel like they charged me for almost no good service. Defiantly going to avoid discriminated doctor next time.🤮

Dr Shih is very detail-orientated and always very patience to explain the issues to me. I asked many questions he would explain in details of and give alternatives. My dog went there many times and I def. trust the treatments him. I went to other vets before, they are expensive and also not providing other options other than blood tests, blood tests and blood tests just because he is old.!?? The staff there are nice too, though the place is always busy in the evening and not easy to book. I would still recommend Dr. Shih simply because he is great and a kind doctor.

Cheapest out of three vet clinics I visted. The vet is professional and caretakers are very responsible. My dog had operation and recovered well.
