Tsim Sha Tsui is part of the Yau Tsim Mong District in Kowloon. Around Kwun Tong and Kowloon Bay many industrial buildings now house offices, restaurants, gyms and studios, while Kai Tak is a newer district. Kowloon's streets are busiest in the evening and at weekends, shops keep long hours with many open until about 22:00, and the Kwun Tong, Tsuen Wan and Tuen Ma lines plus buses and minibuses reach almost everywhere. The Tsim Sha Tsui waterfront has the Avenue of Stars and the Cultural Centre, Star Ferries cross to Central and Wan Chai, and the area is full of hotels, malls and restaurants.

There are two ways to get here, one by get in the plaza and follow the main escalator to dolphin square. The other way is from Kowloon Park, pass the bridge. The view is fantastic, a must go place when visit Hongkong.

Beautiful place with very nice harbour sea facing views. We came here mid day, it was too sunny, but still really nice area. Do not miss this!

Amazing viewpoint to enjoy the HK Skyline Nightscape, possibly with some tasty snacks. You can just sit and enjoy the lights cycle changing from white to blu, from red to yellow, purple to green, its Magic.

Nice, but the Ocean Terminal Observation Deck has a better harbor view though... accessible directly from Kowloon Park via the sky bridge, or through the China Ferry terminal
