Tsim Sha Tsui is part of the Yau Tsim Mong District in Kowloon. Around Kwun Tong and Kowloon Bay many industrial buildings now house offices, restaurants, gyms and studios, while Kai Tak is a newer district. Kowloon's streets are busiest in the evening and at weekends, shops keep long hours with many open until about 22:00, and the Kwun Tong, Tsuen Wan and Tuen Ma lines plus buses and minibuses reach almost everywhere. The Tsim Sha Tsui waterfront has the Avenue of Stars and the Cultural Centre, Star Ferries cross to Central and Wan Chai, and the area is full of hotels, malls and restaurants.

Modeled after Hollywood’s Walk of Fame, the Avenue of Stars pays tribute to the legends of Hong Kong cinema while offering some of the best waterfront views in the city! Located right along the Tsim Sha Tsui promenade, it's a wonderfully redesigned, breezy walkway complete with handprints of famous stars set neatly into the handrails, informative digital plaques, and iconic statues including Bruce Lee and Anita Mui. The promenade is exceptionally clean, wide, and well-lit, making it ideal for a morning walk or an evening stroll to catch the harbour lights and cool sea breeze. Because of its prime location, it can get quite crowded around dusk when visitors gather for the nightly light show, but the spacious design keeps it comfortable. It's an unmissable, iconic attraction that seamlessly blends pop culture history with world-class scenery

Will come over on every visit to Hong Kong. It’s a relax place to stroll at night with beautiful iconic Hong Kong skyline across the sea and boats which will frequently pass by. No doubt it will be crowded with tourists at times but the walkway offers ample spaces for the amount of visitors. As its name suggests, the Avenue of Stars also showcases the handprints of the various entertainment and showbiz artistes of past and present to honour their achievements and contributions to the industry.

The Avenue of Stars is one of the highlights when you visit the city of Hong Kong. You could reach there by taking the Star Ferry from Hong Kong Island. There are frequently ferries from Wanchai Pier or Central Pier every 20mins to Tsim Sha Tsui. It could be quite different from what you’ve seen in the USA which might be much in a larger scale yet to start with there were handprints of artists that we knew locally and internationally. It used to have a Planet Hollywood and Hard Rock Cafe in Hong Kong near that area years ago, but after years and decades, many restaurants have changed but there are still have malls and hotels nearby that you can go shopping and have high tea. From this side of the harbour you can have a view of the skyline of HONG KONG ISLAND. In walking distance you can go to museums, the Coliseum, Harbour City, and the bus terminal. From the different exits of the underground we called MTR station, you can easily reach K11, Kowloon Park, and various parts of Tsim Sha Tsui.

Avenue of Stars is a must-visit attraction in Hong Kong, especially for movie lovers and anyone wanting to enjoy the city’s iconic skyline. The promenade along Victoria Harbour is beautifully maintained and offers incredible views of Hong Kong Island both during the day and at night. I really enjoyed walking along the waterfront, seeing the handprints of famous Hong Kong film stars, and taking photos with the Bruce Lee statue. The atmosphere is lively but still relaxing, with plenty of space to sit and enjoy the harbor breeze. It’s also a fantastic place to watch the Symphony of Lights in the evening. The location is very convenient and easy to access by public transport. The easiest way is to take the MTR to East Tsim Sha Tsui Station and use Exit J, which is only a short walk away. You can also walk from Tsim Sha Tsui Station through the pedestrian bridges connected to nearby shopping malls like K11 Musea and Harbour City. Another nice option is taking the Star Ferry from Central to Tsim Sha Tsui and walking along the waterfront to the Avenue of Stars. There are many restaurants, cafes, convenience stores, and shopping areas nearby, making it easy to spend a few hours around t

Avenue of Stars in Tsim Sha Tsui is a classic waterfront promenade celebrating the legacy of Hong Kong’s film industry, often compared to Hollywood’s Walk of Fame. Stretching about 440 meters along Victoria Harbour, it features over 100 celebrity handprints, plaques, and statues of legendary figures like Bruce Lee and Anita Mui, making it a fun and meaningful walk for visitors who love cinema and photo opportunities. The promenade is completely free and open 24 hours, so you can visit any time of day, though early morning and sunset are especially pleasant for a quieter stroll and scenic views. The real highlight for many travelers is the Symphony of Lights show each evening around 8:00 PM, when Hong Kong Island’s skyline lights up with music and laser effects — a beautiful sight from this vantage point along the harbour. Aside from the handprints and stars, the location offers sweeping views of Victoria Harbour and Hong Kong’s iconic skyline, with plenty of spots for photos, especially near the Bruce Lee statue. There aren’t many food stalls directly on the promenade, but there are lots of cafés, restaurants, and attractions nearby, including Harbour City and K11 Mus
