This hotel is absolutely fantastic with its beautiful interior design. The service is top-notch, and the restaurant manager, Larry, goes above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. The entire staff is pleasant and helpful. However, there were a few issues that prevented us from giving it a perfect score. The receptionist was slow and asked us to pay for an additional bed even though we had booked a room with three beds. We asked why this wasn’t mentioned on the booking site, but he couldn’t provide a clear answer. He did say that we could add any number of beds, including five or six, to the room. Additionally, we had to wait a long time at the reception desk even though it was past check-in time.

Booked The Olympian using the capital one travel portal at a great rate, initially I was a bit skeptical of the location since it did seem far from most attractions but being next to the harbour and only a short walk away from the olympic station made my stay worth. The rooms are very spacious for Hong-Kong and the staff there are wonderful. Will most definitely come back again!
