Outstanding hotel and a truly pleasant surprise. I was hesitant to stay due to the lack of a club lounge, but the exceptional service and attention to detail more than made up for it. Sophie at the front desk deserves special recognition. The staff are incredibly attentive, displaying a level of care rarely seen in hospitality today. The direct connection to Elements Mall is a huge bonus. You genuinely never need to leave the complex. It makes everything so convenient and fun, and it is a massive relief from the summer heat.

I went into my stay at the W Hong Kong expecting the usual trendy, high-energy luxury vibe, but what I actually got completely blew me away. The level of service and immaculate attention to detail here is next level. Right from the first entry, the vibe was set by the incredible guys at the ground floor Anywhere/Anytime desk. They were so incredibly kind, greeting me warmly the second I arrived and literally every single time they saw me throughout my stay. That hospitality carries all the way up. The hotel hooks you with these super cool thoughtful touches, like the screens on the lift floors that light up and change their greeting depending on the time of day. It’s a small thing, but it made me smile every single time. The rooms are seriously spacious, and the shower has amazing water pressure, which is a massive plus for me. Turndown service was another highlight—coming back to find my slippers perfectly aligned and chocolates waiting for me felt incredibly premium. For views, WOOBAR is stunning and the perfect spot for a drink. The swimming pool up on level 76 is beautiful with great views, though it is worth noting that a chunk of the vista is blocked by the massive ICC bui

I had an amazing experience at the W Hong Kong. From the moment I arrived, the service was exceptional and every member of the staff made me feel welcome and well taken care of. The hotel is beautiful, modern, and impeccably maintained. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and offer stunning views of Hong Kong. The location is also excellent, making it easy to explore the city while enjoying a luxurious and relaxing stay. One of the highlights was the attention to detail and the overall atmosphere of the hotel. Everything exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hong Kong. It was truly a memorable experience, and I would definitely stay here again. Thank you to the entire team for making my trip so special.

We stayed in a fantastic suite for 2 nights and a marvelous suite for 3 nights. The suite is spacious with great ocean view, but it does show its age. The wall and carpet are stained. The wood flooring is heavily scratched and dented. A major renovation is needed! All the staffs we met were polite and helpful. The food at Woobar was excellent. We also enjoyed the breakfast. The proximity to the HK airport express station was unbeatable. Elements, the mall connected to the hotel, is a high end shopping mall. For something more local, consider going to the Olympic city, which is just one stop by taking the MTR Tung Chung line. The hotel is a bit on the expensive side given the dated interior, but the convivence of getting to/from the airport and the abundance of shops nearby might still worth the price.
