The property is a modern hotel by Langham Hospitality Group, ideally located on Hennessy Road between Admiralty and Wan Chai. The location is one of its strongest features, with both MTR stations within walking distance, Pacific Place just a few minutes away, and plenty of bus and tram (“ding ding”) stops nearby. The hotel has a youthful, contemporary feel from the moment you arrive. The exterior is colorful and eye-catching, while the lobby features interesting sculptures, artwork and minimalist furniture that give the property more personality than a typical city hotel. My room was relatively simple in design, but it had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was a good size for Hong Kong standards, and basic toiletries, towels and a hairdryer were provided. Although the room and bathroom were clean enough for everyday use, both would benefit from a more thorough deep clean from time to time. I appreciated the decent-sized clothing rack and storage area for luggage — small but practical details that make a difference when travelling. The Wi-Fi was reliable throughout my stay. Good and relaxing lobby area. Exceptionally bigger when compare to other hotels around. It would have been better if the staff is bit more friendly. No greetings from them. But they are doing their job.

Rooms were fairly small, but clean and towels were changed everyday. Service was good and personnel generally spoke decent English and were helpful. The cleaners on our floor were quite thorough. The only problem we had with the room was no soft close on the room door. No matter how careful I tried to close the door, it still ended with a loud bang. As a result, late night guests would wake everyone up because their room doors closed with a loud bang, which was not their fault. Location wise, it was close to everything. There was a pedestrian walkway across the road that you could just walk through under AC to Admiralty MTR station, which could then practically take you to everywhere. A Marks and Spencer small supermarket behind the hotel, with sandwiches and fruit that you could get for a quick breakfast. A 7 Eleven across where milk , bottled water, and chilled drinks were available. (Though there a filter boiler in the room for hot n room temp water). Would recommend to friends because it's such a good location.
