Just don't bother with this place. Collect ticket number 1 from the machine and wait. Not sure why AIA recommend this clinic.

The experience is terrible the place is very very tiny tiny and looks very old and outdated , I’ll give zero star actually , you just have to keep waiting for nothing ， I’m so regranted to choose this place for annual body exam out of other 3 center , please avoid this place if you have other options, I chose this place just because I thought it’s close my house and it’s in central, I just have to say it’s not worth to come here at all , can’t believe this medical center can even exists in hk central , highly Not recommended

Very bad customer service experience from the xray operator, she yelled at me that she had repeated 3 times already on how to stand. She told me to wait outside, I thought outside the xray room, actually she meant reception, she didn't tell me to go to the right place, despite seeing me a few times there. Later the receptionist found me there, what she said is, I've been waiting for you a long time already. What happened to this place? There are many good service Centre, if you want a good day, avoid this one

The customer service is non-existant. They do not answer any call nor reply via whatsapp. If you have visited the place, you can see them ignoring all the phone calls. The phone keeps ringing forever without any response. We tried to book an appointment for which they said they will call tommorrow to confirm the booking. However, we did not receive any call nor any kind of response. With this kind of customer service, I doubt their actual service is any better. Please avoid this place as much as you can.

impossible to get through to make a reservation for a CT scan. I have rung different times over various days! NOBODY answers the phones!
