I had a baked fish in lobster sauce spaghetti.. it was ok, old style HK 'western style' Cha chan ten. Price 85hkd reasonable

The pork chop baked rice is the bomb. And the portion is so generous. I love the borcht soup too.

New Burgh Cafe is basically a pork chop rice factory — everyone orders the same dish for a reason: perfectly charred chop + that super hot, toasty bottom rice that screams childhood nostalgia. Almond dessert was rich, creamy yet light… and it was FREE! Soup was meh. Tiny place, expect a queue, but totally worth it.

A local old fashion bistro that’s serving rice, pasta of different toppings and steaks etc. the way of cooking was of old fashion. Pasta was old when arriving at the table. Baked pork chop rice was their signature dish and it was warm and comforting. Rice at the bone was not fried rice though. Cream soup was sticky and disappointed.

I ordered a scallop with chicken. Chicken was fine but the scallop was lukewarm. Soup was standard HK quality. Milk tea was ok. Overall it doesn’t worth $88 HKD for a set lunch course but the restaurant is located at the centre of Wanchai main street (so my payment mostly goes to contributing the costly rent). If you are seek for HK style steak, Santgria Kitchen in Jordan offers better value and portion.
