Mong Kok is part of the Yau Tsim Mong District in Kowloon. Around Kwun Tong and Kowloon Bay many industrial buildings now house offices, restaurants, gyms and studios, while Kai Tak is a newer district. Kowloon's streets are busiest in the evening and at weekends, shops keep long hours with many open until about 22:00, and the Kwun Tong, Tsuen Wan and Tuen Ma lines plus buses and minibuses reach almost everywhere. Mong Kok is one of Hong Kong's busiest shopping districts: Tung Choi Street (the Ladies' Market) and Fa Yuen Street (Sneakers Street) are lined with small shops, and the buildings along Nathan Road hold countless upstairs shops.

A great shopping mall! Especially for visitors staying at the nearby Cordis Hotel, it is just a short walking distance away. There are plenty of good food options and shops where you can easily find souvenirs. The interior design of the mall is also very impressive, with a vibrant Hong Kong style that makes it feel lively and unique compared to malls in other countries. If you are staying at Cordis, this is definitely one of the first places you should visit for convenience and atmosphere.

Not too many shops. Most of them are eateries, restaurants and high end cuisines.

Had lunch at Asam chicken rice restaurant and had a bad experience. They don't accept cash by foreigners! This is ridiculously. Now hard physical cash is not as good a piece of plastic card!? Worst they don't even can split or separate the bill so that we can pay by octupus card. Very poor service and not flexible in payment The chicken rice is lousy to the max! Chilli do not taste good at all. The chicken is not tender as per what it was advertised! So does the rice as doesn't taste like chicken rice with fragrant

Another large shopping mall, although a lot smaller than Lagham Place, filled with stores and restaurants, conveniently located just outside Mongkok MTR station. I get there for two reasons only : there are toilets on the 1st and 2nd floors, there is a Decathlon sporting goods store in the basement.

Decathlon located in the basement. Pastaholic in 2nd floor and several other outlets. The washroom is in 2/F but not well looked after.
