特色水煮生魚片（小份小辣）。辣度溫馴得嚟保留香麻層次，生魚片嫩滑無骨，底下嘅芽菜同粉條索盡湯汁，相當入味。兩個人配兩碗白飯，幸福嘅味覺"正" 楊記養生鍋， 睇下個鍋幾靚幾大鍋 淨係賣相都簡直爆燈❤ 一飲落去woo湯頭溫潤，麻辣過後來一口，腸胃即刻被安撫， 裏面有蝦又有海參真係好好味喎👍多幾個人嚟分享都得呀😁 🍯甜品揀咗桂花冰粉清涼解辣，柚子茶暖喉回甘😊 楊記麻辣魚館 (九龍中心) 亞士厘道29-39號九龍中心地下B31 & B35號舖

尖沙咀方便嘅川菜，主打正宗重慶味道，水煮魚可選辣度、魚肉多唔油膩；大千牛肉香脆惹味；大盆花菜炒得香口；涼拌土雞爪皮爽筋脆酸辣開胃。店員姐姐招呼周到親切。 整體嚟講，呢間嘢性價比高，味道正宗得嚟又唔會太霸道，原來佢有好多分店，遲下3月初好似有個活動「拜師授徒儀式」，當晚會有宴會party，又好似幾得意，聽落好似好好玩咁，有時間一定會嚟睇下！

今日同太太去咗尖沙咀亞士厘道嘅「楊記麻辣魚館」用膳，聽聞佢哋堅持即點即炒，唔用預製菜，即刻心心眼期待！ 招牌蒜香江團魚一上枱就聞到濃郁蒜香，加上用火爐烘煮，魚肉嫩滑，蒜蓉炸得金黃香脆，撈埋秘製辣油，食落麻而不燥，辣度溫和得嚟夠醇厚！ 揚州炒飯炒得夠鑊氣，飯粒分明，蝦仁份量足，$88呢個價位抵食。 特別要讚桂花冰粉，食完麻辣嘢啱啱好清潤返，桂花蜜清甜唔膩，每啖都透心涼
