I haven't tried their feature product Chongqing grilled fish. Instead I tried their Chongqing pork chop noodle and seafood fried rice. Both are just fair. The soup of the noodle was a bit too light. The restaurant encourge placing order with QR code but the waiters may still take order for you. Staple like Chongqing noodle and fried rice cost around HKD 60 something, which is reasonble in this distrcit. They accept Octopus and main stream PRC QR code payment.

We waited 15 minutes during lunchtime. I ordered the sea bass with green Sichuan peppercorn sauerkraut soup with tapioca vermicelli. When it arrived I was very shocked with the green colour soup, it is very unappealing, I lost a bit of my appetite. The soup base however is flavourful. There are few broken small pieces of fish. I would still come back to try their other soup bases with beef.

Went here with my grandma while waiting for the id replacement appointment. . We ordered Sea Bream with Tapioca Vermicelli in Traditional Hot & Sour Pickle Soup. We also got beancurd puff and enoki mushroom for side dishes. The sea bream was fresh, and the tapioca vermicelli was chewy and served with a generous portion. I simply ordered a milder degree of spiciness for the soup base since my grandma couldn't deal with spicy food, but I think its sourness was appetizing and made the beancurd puff juicier to enjoy. We got Preserved Egg with Green Pepper for cold dish. It was surprisingly bitter, so it kinda ruined my dining experience... . The resto was neat and tidy with comfortable seatings. Price was fair enough for a dinner set per person.

Reasonable price of fish noodles. Good for you if you want to warm your stomach. I picked the Traditional hot and sour pickle soup, the soup is thick and tasty, I drink a lot of it! There are many selections of side dishes ~ I love the combination of radish and beef balls with rice noodles! How about you?

This restaurant is kind of a like cheaper version of a traditional Si Chuan restaurant. Similar dishes on menu but much cheaper price. And you could definitely taste a difference between them. They did not taste bad, but just that if you could afford paying more you could definitely find better options out there.
