Soup broth is amazing. Noodles I would say it’s interesting. The idea of fermented noodle is novel to me, the taste is quite good but the texture is rather gluey and sticky, especially because it made so thin.

Nice place for vegan food, very tasty coriander ramen, and gyoza. Can also recommend the coffee and cake! Will definitely come back 😋👍🏻

The experience in Yudei was quite unusual: chill atmosphere & original food ! The taste was there, exploring interesting ways to cook vegetables and the place was peaceful. However, I still find ways to improve. The price for the dinner set was high for the quantity served, which is even more abusive when considered that there is no service: you pick up your plates and bring these back on your own, which is disappointing for a place with a presupposed elegance !

I was shocked to find this vegetarian restaurant fully booked on a Friday night—guess I’ve been missing out! Thankfully, I had booked a table, avoiding any panic. They offers two menu options: cooked or raw, both at $198 (which I found a bit pricey). You order at the counter and pick up your meal yourself. I chose the raw menu, and though the portion looked small at first, I ended up stuffed beyond belief! 😅 My friend went for the cooked menu, and we both enjoyed the variety, with the flavors exceptionally outstanding. I also added a Daily Vegan Cheese with Seed Crackers (Side Dish +$35) featuring Shamenbert with Truffle and a Passion Fruit Cheesecake—both were incredibly delicious. The Classic Cooked Vegan Set ($198) includes: • Spiced Chickpeas (Red) • Curry White Beans Hummus (Yellow) • Green Crackers (Green) • Smoked Eggplant Dip on GF Focaccia • Spiced Carrot Soup with Fresh Curry Leaves from the Garden (Orange) • Mediterranean Kebabs (Tofu, Zucchini & Bell Peppers, Rosemary, Organic Rice) with Homemade Walnut Pesto (Rainbow) The Raw Set ($198) includes: • Corn Crackers (Yellow) • Herbed Dip (Green) • Carrot Hummus (Orange) • Pickled Red Cabbage Salad with Pumpkin

This is a vegan restaurant with a peaceful zen vibe, it's a big contrast from the surrounding area. It's like stepping into an other world when walk into the restaurant. Even though it's a vegan restaurant, but the food they offer isn't boring at all, tasted good as well as pleasing to the eyes. Dining in this restaurant is like having an immersive mindfulness experience for the mind, body and soul. Might sounds a little exaggerated but it's truly how I felt every time I visited.
