He made me boots, and they are very pretty, and appear well constructed. They just don't seem to be particularly custom. I was very specific that I needed a roomy toe box to accommodate my foot issue; he said he could do this. But the boots I received are narrow, like they're built on a typical off the shelf last. So that was a US$400 experiment I won't repeat.

The man works at the shop (Guess he is the owner) is so nice and kind. I would definitely visit again to get some leather goods. Just give this shop a check, you won’t be disappointed.

This is an update to my prior rating (5 stars). When I picked up my custom made shoes, the owner tried to sell me a belt. I thought I should support a local business, so I ordered a custom made one for HKD 550, which is quite expensive for something that has no value add when customized. I went back to pick it up about 3 weeks later, which was over a week after the agreed upon pick up date. He said the belt was not ready, and when I told him he should have informed me so that I wouldn't waste my time going to the store, he tried to justify not informing me by saying that there were no workers and that he said it would be ready after Chinese New Year (which was over a week before). He became increasingly angry, and after we agreed on a refund, he just got furious, throwing his arms up in the air and directing insults at me. -------- This is a hidden gem. The owner is super nice, and does a fantastic job. Prices are quite reasonable for custom made shoes. You first get measured, then come back for a fitting. He will then make your shoe. But he keeps your measurements, so next time around, just let him know what you want and he will make it for you.

Had seen articles on forumns and other places talk about this place, and was very happy with the final result. He'll make you any shoe you want, check out his facebook page to see what they've made. Bit hard to find as there are two openings on the building with the same number, but just walk on on the right side of the 7/11.
