上海新聯邦男女理髮始於1965年，是灣仔僅存的傳統上海理髮店。理髮店最初在灣仔道慶邦樓1樓營業，於2011年搬到菲林明道好發商業大廈1樓。2021年雷老闆辭世，新聯邦售予一名忠實顧客，並在2023年搬到宜興大廈3樓B室，繼續由雷老闆千金和舊師傅打理。新店保存了逾半世紀的油壓式理髮椅和洗髮瓷盤，配合復古裝橫，傳承一代滬港理髮文化。
