Been more than 10 years in Asia. I have hired several insurance brokers in the past through relocation and job changes. ALEA is by far the most professional and reliable company I have been with. Very smooth onboarding from the moment I shared my needs and requirements to confirmation. Follow up whenever required is always on point and done properly, making sure all points and interrogations are tackled and solved. Through one to one communication approach between Akshaya and me. Alea Insurance provides the most efficient and responsive assistance when it comes to supporting corporations and individuals to design a strategy for the most cost-efficient health insurance. The team in Hong Kong, especially François Bossé, is extremely reactive and experienced, namely when it comes to recommending the most adapted health insurance policy to each individual. The team is very cooperative, including for handling all practical matters related to building the most appropriate health insurance cover. They are also respectful and friendly in their dealings with clients, a significant difference with the chatbots/robots often liaising with users when reaching out to competitors of Alea Insurance whose initials are AI, but the team definitely behaves the opposite way from Artificial Intelligence. I will definitely recommend Alea Insurers to other corporations and to friends and family.

I had an excellent experience with Alea, and in particular with Fanny Daurel. Over my six years living in Hong Kong, she supported me through important life moments — before, during, and after the birth of my two children. Fanny has always been attentive, available, responsive, and genuinely caring. Her professionalism combined with her human touch made a real difference.
