We have insured with CCW Global Hong Kong for a decade. They have always been professional and friendly to deal with. Apt, Car, health and travel insurance. The most important aspect of insurance is support when life happens. As an example, In 2021 we caught covid bad while traveling. No debate, CCW was just there supporting us and guiding us through. What could have been a financial disaster was as stress free as possible. Got us home as soon as possible. Covered the expense no questions asked. Great customer support and continuous great service overall.

I have been using CCW for years as my car insurance broker and have always had a positive experience. Even when my car was totalled this year - the claims team (Danny) supported me throughout and helped secure the best possible outcome from the insurer. I highly recommend CCW.
