Allied was very clear up front with me in terms of explaining options, costs, and moving details. They were easy to communicate with and very helpful. For the actual move, the team was respectful, friendly, and detail-oriented. They checked in with me as needed and worked very efficiently and carefully. My experience with Allied was incredibly positive, beginning to end.

Excellent, comprehensive and reliable moving/ storage service. Good communication on admin processes from start to finish. Very pleased with how unusual shaped goods were packaged (eg exercise bike) or how fragile items (eg flatscreen TV or music equipment) are given extra protection with bespoke wooden crates being made on site on the day. I would use this company again.

Summary: I previously used ALLIED for my relocation from Munich to Hong Kong and had a seamless, stress‑free experience. Because of that, I chose them again for my move from Hong Kong to Singapore. While everything was ultimately delivered safely, this experience fell short of my expectations, mainly due to communication issues. Departure from Hong Kong Pros: - Competitive, transparent pricing: Door‑to‑door service with temporary storage included at both ends, and fewer add‑on charges compared with other movers. - Professional team: The consultants provided helpful advice based on my shipment volume, the packing crew was friendly, and I received consistent updates while my goods were in transit. Cons: - Unexpected additional costs: The quotation was based on volume, but on packing day I was informed of box‑usage limits that were never mentioned beforehand. This resulted in extra charges for additional boxes. Upon unpacking in Singapore, I also noticed that some boxes were not packed efficiently, with unused space and excessive wrapping paper. Very thorough process. Very clear from quote to taking away of shipmen. Quoted was available on WhatsApp. Process manager was helpful on email. Everything was very clear. Packers who came were friendly and efficient. They had a can-do attitude, good English of lead fellow. I felt very assured.

搬運嘅師傅十分主動，認真對待每一樣物件，屋企比較多Figure，多謝師傅願意一一把它們包裝好。而我家的雜物比較多，師傅更願意幫我把它們記錄下來，而電器更可把他們的serial number記低，真的有點過分細心。
