Have been very happy with their service. I had some home content to relocate from Melbourne to Hong Kong. Staff at both Melborune and Hong Kong has been very prompt and attentive. Took 1 month to get my stuff moved. Staff doing the packing and unpacking on both side has been professional and polite also.

I moved from Hong Kong to UK in January this year. Crown were amazing from start to finish. They made time whole process so easy, I had no idea how many boxes or space I needed. Their staff were friendly, professional and extremely helpful. They came to my home, looked around at what I needed to relocate and were able to calculate what was needed. We discussed times and dates and they arranged everything I had no idea it would be so easy. On the day the packers arrived, the guys were amazing, they carefully packed all my precious things into boxes and loaded them onto their truck.. I was amazed at the efficiency thet they worked. All the paperwork was prepared for me, all.i had to do was sign and wait for it to be delivered to the UK. All in all, from contacting the office staff, dealing with the packers and delivery guys. I was more than happy with the service provided. I would definitely recommend Crown to anyone planning a move. Furthermore, I will be using them in the future. Wonderful company! With dedicated staff! 5 🌟
