I recently attended Central Minds' training session on leading with empathy in the workplace by Dr. Sharmeen, and it was a great experience! The session was not only insightful but also incredibly practical. Dr. Sharmeen expertly combined theory with real-world applications, making it easy to understand and implement the strategies discussed. I left feeling empowered and equipped with the tools to foster a more compassionate and productive work environment. I highly recommend Central Minds for anyone looking to enhance their leadership skills for their organizations

Great experience with the team from Central Minds, the staff a really caring and took the time to help me find the right professional to suit my needs. The clinic is in a great location with a beautiful view and my appointments schedule always runs smoothly. Highly recommended!

Good location, very professional therapist. I am relatively new to therapy and finally found someone who can help.

I have had nothing but positive experiences at Central Minds. Bhavna has been caring, warm, incredibly patient , and walked alongside me through some of the toughest most challenging times in my life. I cannot emphasise enough how supported I felt throughout. I disagree with the bad review below entirely. Perhaps there was some miscommunication, but I can only say that I’m so grateful I found a therapist who truly cares.

I had a very positive experience working with Bhavna. She was very thoughtful and consistently offered an insightful and informed perspective during our sessions.
