首先聲明，我唔係趙思雅嘅病人，但單單係預約嘅過程，已經令我感到不舒服同無奈，忍唔住要寫個review分享一下。 最近因為工作壓力大，想搵個心理醫生傾吓，喺網上查咗幾位喺公司附近嘅心理學家，其中一位就係趙思雅。我係透過WhatsApp聯絡佢，但整個溝通過程令我感覺佢好唔耐煩，態度好pushy，完全唔似一個心理專業人士應有態度。 eg. 雖然我反覆問咗幾次，但佢始終冇清楚解釋任何consultation嘅細節，例如診金、session時間、形式等等，只係不斷叫我預約同俾deposit。冇講點解要俾deposit、要俾幾多，語氣就好似「你約啦，我send資料俾你入錢」。Pretty commercial. Red flag number one. So I contacted her on Wed to book a Sat appointment. 但因為工作忙，未能即時回覆，但佢每隔一個鐘就message我催我俾錢，話未俾錢就唔confirm appointment。 最後可能因為我每次都係放工 or lunch break 先覆佢，佢唔滿意，竟然直接block我。由上星期四到今日（星期四）都冇再覆。感覺就好似「你過咗我俾你嘅限期，冇入錢就唔好再浪費我時間」。診所原來會block人, first time ever. Honestly, 直到今日我都唔明，點解要先俾deposit？我睇過唔少有聲譽嘅專科醫生，從來冇一間係要我先俾錢先肯見面。This is not a restaurant booking ok。Block病人只係因為遲覆？咁基本耐性都冇，點樣去聆聽病人、提供心理輔導？ 然後好奇之下做咗啲background check of her，發現佢所有社交平台都唔open for 留言，只係有一大堆media同報章報導。Another red flag? Anyways, the whole thing just doesn’t feel very legit to me.

Consulting Ms. Chiu was one of the worst decisions I’ve ever made for my mental health. The entire experience was distressing and ultimately damaging to my wellbeing. I’m sharing this in hopes that others won’t make the same mistake I did. 1. Never ever pay the HKD $3,000 deposit upfront She claims that she requires clients to pay deposit upfront for all appointments with her so I paid for a follow-up session which she herself cancelled due to COVID, and yet she refuses to refund me. Ask yourself—do you even pay deposits prior to the consultation? Please don’t be as naïve as I was. 2, Be prepared to pay HKD $12,000 for your first appointment —that’s what I paid for a long “consultation and assessment” with no actual therapy initiated. 3. If you’re okay with her calling or texting via WhatsApp to push for your next appointment even you have told her many times that you couldn’t make it, go ahead. 4. If you don’t mind her using all kinds of excuses to decline refunding your deposit — including being told to show up in person to collect your refund, only for her to be a no-show at the time she personally scheduled —then this may not bother you. 5. I was obviously one of your client. if not, I would not waste time comment in here. The psychologist is indeed somewhat professional, however, she did not make clear about the cost and explain the contract. Also, kept telling me even though clearly I was non willing to continue the treatment, abuse her professionalism and told me it is not good to discontinue treatment. Also, she was judgemental, it made me feel horrible about this experience. I felt like she was caring about the money more than the patient.
