Peak Pizza is a member of the Black Sheep group. Ths NYC style pizzeria started at The Peak and now has a branch here at Exchange Square in Central. It is for take-away only so be ready to enjoy your slices in the sitting area near the sculptures just outside their shop or elsewhere. Opening times are 12pm to 8pm daily. Stopped by recently and was served a good slice of cheese pizza. Crust was thin, sauce savoury and cheese good quality. Overall, a pretty good rep for NYC style thin crust pizza you might have picked up in the Big Apple. You'll find 6-8 different pizzas available in the counter. Prices are reasonable for this area of Hong Kong, service timely. My slice was heated and ready in 4 minutes. Worth a try if your in the area and fancy a slice.

Good pizza a bit expensive though for take out options. There is no space to sit so it is all take out - Can buy per slice or per pie which represents 8 slices Can also choose 2 different halves for an extra 10$ We preferred the sausage option as it was more generously filled than the pepperoni version Still I believe they could put more cheese and more topics So average for the price 498$ per pie which represents of 8 slices …

Excellent pizza with super friendly staff. This place is a hidden gem that puts out some fine pies. Crispy undercarriage that didn’t flop. Delicious toppings. If you’re a cheese fan, try the White. The shaved Parmesan cheese hit the spot for me. Also got the Sauasage with some Ranch dressing. Hard to go wrong if you’re craving pizza 🍕. Delicious!

香港山頂嘅紐約風格pizza店黎到中環交易廣場!將經典又充滿美國街頭風味嘅pizza帶入香港. Pizza餅邊烤得酥脆但內裏又保持煙韌感,餅底雖薄身但相當柔軟!
