Spaces LKF Tower

Comment for Spaces – LKF Office (19/F, Hong Kong) I used the phone booth at the Spaces LKF office on 19/F and found it extremely hot inside, with almost no ventilation. When I asked the receptionist, Joe Chow, about it, he mentioned there was no air-conditioning or air supply to the booth and suggested leaving the door open for air — which defeats the purpose of having a private booth. I also noticed a vent inside the booth that apparently doesn’t function. It would be great if Spaces could look into improving the air circulation for users’ comfort and safety. Before the Fire Services Department and Buildings Department signed off on this building, the ventilation requirements should have been properly checked to ensure compliance with safety and health standards. Overall, the environment was uncomfortable, and the response from the receptionist could have been more helpful and attentive.
