The short/mid-length hair lady (not wearing glasses) with light makeup is super professional. She'd check my cloth's washing label and give me the most suitable laundry guide. I hope she work here for a long time.

Really useless. Same experience twice during one month. A jacket from suit to clean, when returned still smelled. When they did it again, it was fine. I came to pick up another jacket today, and same scenario. It seems that they maybe steam it a bit, pack it in plastic and expect customers will not complain. Amateurs, Swire owned (by the way job ad there was for ridiculously low salary) and just rip off. Will not use it again.

I recently visited Vogue to enquire about their services. There was one particularly large watermark along the bottom edge of my wool coat. When I went into Vogue 14.02.18 to ask if they can remove watermarks I was told that they can. The guy I spoke to told me if I put it in today, I can get it back x number of days. I told him didn’t have the coat on me at the time and can’t put it in today. He kept repeating himself until I told him it was actually at the tailor’s. On 07.03.18 I brought the coat back and there was a lady who looked at my coat and said that it’s not possible to remove the watermark. Then I asked her why her colleague would tell me they could. He came over, looked at it and said that because I didn’t bring it in the last time, he didn’t see it but it’s too big to remove. There was also some other colour from some tailor’s chalk which they said can’t be removed, which I thought was strange for them to say since it’s only tailor’s chalk.
