I am a student at this school. I witnessed serious cheating during a subject exam and complained to the school administration. The school sent someone to handle the matter; this person was Dr. Ho CY Tony, the subject's course director. After the 'investigation,' because the subject teacher denied the allegations and there was insufficient evidence, the course director stated in a face-to-face meeting that my accusations were fabricated. I felt offended, even though the course director was not present at the time, and neither party had sufficient evidence. I also asked them how they would prevent similar incidents from happening again, where students cheat and tutors fail to take action. The director said they would assign an administrative staff member to each test/exam in this subject in the future. I recorded parts of this meeting and mentioned it beforehand. Schools have a responsibility to ensure exam fairness, to ensure tutors handle cheating incidents, to deploy multiple invigilators, and even to install cameras
