Cafés, bakeries, dessert and drinks shops are often mainly takeaway with a few seats, and weekend afternoons are the busiest. Many accept Octopus, credit cards and e-wallets, and some run loyalty schemes or pre-orders; birthday cakes and festive boxes (mooncakes at Mid-Autumn, for example) usually need ordering in advance, a few days ahead on popular dates. Dessert shops are liveliest in the evening and some stay open late; ask for insulated packing for frozen takeaways.
Google lists the opening hours as Mon–Thu 13:00–23:30, Fri–Sat 13:00–24:00, Sun 13:00–23:30. It is open seven days a week. Arrangements may differ on public holidays, over Lunar New Year and when a typhoon signal No. 8 or above or a black rainstorm warning is in force, so call before making a special trip. You can call 9299 1024; a phone call is the quickest way to ask about availability, prices or how to get there. It is a mobile number, and many local businesses also answer enquiries on WhatsApp.
It has a Google rating of 4.4 out of 5 from 338 reviews, a strong score that points to consistently positive experiences.
Causeway Bay is part of the Wan Chai District on Hong Kong Island. The north shore of Hong Kong Island is one of the densest business areas in the city: the MTR Island Line runs from Kennedy Town to Chai Wan, the trams ("ding dings") between Kennedy Town and Shau Kei Wan, and many businesses trade from upper floors of office blocks and older tenement buildings. The south side is known for beaches, trails and fishing harbours such as Repulse Bay, Stanley and the Aberdeen typhoon shelter, which get busy at weekends and on public holidays. Causeway Bay is packed with malls and department stores and is very crowded at weekends; nearby Victoria Park hosts the Lunar New Year fair.

Now doing promotion for hsbc credit card. The ice texture is not those as soft as sharishari. But the taro balls are nice! The chinese almond dessert soup is good too. One person must order one dessert at peak hour.

The Mango pomelo sago shaved ice and the Peach shaved ice were superb. Best way to stay cool during the muggy season. Clean, contemporary space, helpful staff

Small dessert shop with a clean, wood-toned room and a calm vibe. Items arrive fast. The Matcha Red Beans Shaved Ice has fine ice and a smooth, non-bitter matcha note. Red beans stay soft with shape, and mochi/taro balls add a pleasant chew. Mango Pomelo with handcrafted mochi is balanced: coconut light, mango bright, a touch of grapefruit bitterness to finish. King Guava Mochi Drink, served with 30% ice, keeps the guava aroma clear; mochi pieces sit at the bottom for texture. Matcha Red Beans Mochi Milk is creamy and gentle, with intact bean bites. Overall this is an easy, tidy stop for a relaxed afternoon treat. I would return.

Who says shaved ice is only for summer? Tried Icegreen 氷舍 in Causeway Bay and I’m obsessed! The D24 Durian shaved ice is insanely creamy and fragrant—fresh juicy durian flesh with chewy mochi and tapioca. Pure bliss for durian lovers 🤤 Mango Sago Pomelo is refreshing and packed with mango chunks, balanced coconut milk, and extra taro balls for texture. So addictive! Perfect chill spot after shopping. Second stomach approved! 😍❄️ #Icegreen #CausewayBayDessert #ShavedIce #DurianLovers #MangoSago #HongKongEats

Cosy Japanese Dessert Spot in Causeway Bay! Found this lovely shaved ice shop called "氷舍" (Icegreen) - a perfect escape from Hong Kong's heat! The place has a simple, clean Japanese-style decor that feels so refreshing. Durian Snow Ice ($66) A must-try for durian lovers! Made with real D24 durian flesh, the ice is incredibly smooth and creamy. Loved the chewy mochi and crunchy pearls hidden inside. The durian flavor is rich but not overwhelming. Thai Mango Sticky Rice Shaved Ice ($88) Coconut-flavored shaved ice topped with fresh mango chunks and actual sticky rice. The mung bean crunchies add nice texture. Tastes just like the classic Thai dessert. Both desserts were delicious. Portions are good for sharing. The staff was friendly too.
