The staff were not helpful. only told us to order via QR code, but we‘re tourists and there no Eng option . We asked for help, but the staff ignored us even though there were several employees around. Very disappointing service. Highly not recommended.

Perhaps because it’s busy, it takes over 15 minutes for a single drink to be ready, so you should visit when you have plenty of time. The staff won't attend to you at the register unless you speak up first.

Wandered into a very quiet mall but this tea shop was rather busy. The wait was quite long and I was waiting at the counter. Well, the way they make drinks are super unhygienic... They throw utensils into the sink and pick them up and reuse the stirrer to make another drink. Water splashing all over. The water in the sink got splashed into unfinished drinks while staff threw tools into it. Luckily I didn't get sick... The young man serving the customers was courteous and that sort of made it up. The taste is ok but the process is not.

In general good chain, a bit dirty many employee but not cleaned… no menu available only through a qr code and app which is set in mandarin with advertising hard to navigate to change the language. Drink is as in the other chagee, good. Wrong cup prepared + forget half the ingredient in the second one. And no one speak english or is at least trying among 7 employees ! Do not recommend at all
