Tried and tested once, bought and reserved on whatsapp and paid in store. Just like heytea, fresh fruit and fresh tea leaves. I tried fluffy lychee drink for 47hkd. Welcoming customer service and speedy.

[Updated – June 2025] Visited the store in person for the first time today after seeing their drinks online—and was a little disappointed to find out that the fluffy pistachio oat latte is no longer available. Not sure if it was a seasonal item, but I really hope they bring it back! The cashier was very friendly and helped me pick another drink. Just a heads up: they only accept cash or Alipay, which I didn’t have with me, so I wasn’t able to buy anything this time. I’ll definitely come prepared next visit. Still excited to try more from their menu—everything looks creative and worth coming back for. [Original review] I discovered Chicha nearly a year after moving to Hong Kong, and I’ve only ordered via delivery—but it’s quickly become a favorite. The Fluffy Pistachio Latte is incredible: rich, flavorful, and made with oat milk, which is a huge win for someone who's lactose intolerant. I have to stop myself from ordering it every day! The Pulpy Sweet Osmanthus is light, sweet, and citrusy—super refreshing. The only miss for me was the Fluffy Dragonfruit; it was too icy and lacked flavor. Overall, highly recommend trying their drinks!

Taiwanese BLack Sesame Taro Fresh Milk Tea, It’s made by slowly roasting black sesame at low temperatures and grinding it into powder to mix with honey taro, which makes it not too rich! Additionally, they use unrefined sesame for a natural flavor along with carefully selected Jin Feng oolong tea, resulting in a smooth texture with depth. I think it‘s good for people who are focused on weight loss and health! 🫣

The shop is easy to find. It was just little store. We tried the lemon tea with less sugar and the pistachio oat milk tea with cream cheese foam. Both are really good. I wish they have a different option for the oat milk. The plastic bag is 1hkd if you need one.

I am not a fan of Taiwanese-style pearl milk tea but this little teashop changed my weekend routine. Yes they are really this good! Now I would go to Central area for lunch on Saturdays so i could get their tea. Enjoyed their tea which mixed with juices of Japan imported apples, melons and more. The tea bases are of top quality as well and there are a few varieties to choose between. It would be a perfect drink for you if you like the cheese milk toppings as its their specialty. You may need to wait a little bit as the drinks are very carefully and delicately made. The only problem I had though, is to choose what to drink every time.
