Causeway Bay is part of the Wan Chai District on Hong Kong Island. The island is steep, with many streets climbing the hillside; the Central–Mid-Levels escalator links Central with the Mid-Levels and the Peak Tram runs up to The Peak. Offices, malls and old neighbourhood shops sit side by side, restaurants are packed at the office lunch hour (roughly 13:00–14:00), and with parking scarce the MTR, tram or bus is usually easier than driving. Causeway Bay is packed with malls and department stores and is very crowded at weekends; nearby Victoria Park hosts the Lunar New Year fair.

We found this restaurant after shopping at SOGO center. The restaurant is located on the second floor of a small plaza. It was a bit empty when we arrived but filled up a little after 30 minutes or so. They had one special promotion going on right now. For any party with 2 or more guests, they will give you a complimentary dish of roast goose. This sounds like a good deal but we quickly find that other entrées are quite expensive. We ordered a few items to try including pigeon, mantis shrimp, and a house special noodles. Food is fine. The goose and pigeon were tasty, but the mantis shrimp at $240 each is a bit too expensive. It was fried so it was a little greasy. I would skip this. The pan fried noodles were also very greasy. Not sure if we would order this again. Service is below average. When we first arrived, they were attentive but then there was hardly any service. Overall, considering the expensive price, I think we would not return.

This is one of our regular dining spots, and I always enjoy their dim sum and small bites. My personal favorite is the har gow, which never disappoints. The fried beef flat noodles strike the perfect balance with just the right amount of oiliness, and the deep-fried tofu is equally impressive. The service here is consistently excellent, and the atmosphere is clean and welcoming, making it an ideal place for families and groups. Overall, it’s a great dining option that I highly recommend.

The service we had was second to none. They provided great service and even cracked a few jokes which you don’t hear at all these few years in HK. The food was really good and each dish had its own desired quality and texture too. The chicken was scrumptious with the fried seaweed to accompany it. The fried oysters and egg hit the spot for most of us. The fish was nice too with the soup it came in. The vegetables were crunchy but also cooked. Really nice

Food was decent with some unique flavours not common to the other Chinese restaurant chains, atmosphere was nice as well visually. Staff were nice, but lacked the attention to detail to elevate the experience. Floors were a bit dirty, carpets and done sticky areas near the kitchen and washroom.

The standard of food and service offered by this chain restaurant was very good. Both Chiu Chow style and Cantonese style dim sum were in the menu. The restaurant had dinner set menu too. Booking was preferred. Otherwise, it would be easier to get a table if guests arrived early. Price was not too high for a similar level of restaurant. The snack put on the table could be returned to them immediately if they do not want to eat. Waitress was helpful in taking group photos. However, access to carpark in the same building was not so convenient.
