Central is part of the Central and Western District on Hong Kong Island. The north shore of Hong Kong Island is one of the densest business areas in the city: the MTR Island Line runs from Kennedy Town to Chai Wan, the trams ("ding dings") between Kennedy Town and Shau Kei Wan, and many businesses trade from upper floors of office blocks and older tenement buildings. The south side is known for beaches, trails and fishing harbours such as Repulse Bay, Stanley and the Aberdeen typhoon shelter, which get busy at weekends and on public holidays. Central is Hong Kong's financial and business heart; the Central–Mid-Levels escalator links the streets up the hill, Lan Kwai Fong and SoHo come alive at night, and the Central piers serve the Outlying Islands.

I have been a loyal customer of ChaTraMue for years, having ordered from their branches in both Thailand and Hong Kong countless times. This store, however, completely ruined the brand's reputation. I ordered a Thai Green Milk Tea with boba today. The boba was completely undercooked—the core of each pearl was a hard, solid lump. It was practically inedible. What’s even worse than the terrible quality control was their appalling attitude. When I confronted the staff about the issues with the boba, they completely denied any responsibility. They condescendingly told me that if I wanted a replacement, I would have to pay full price for another cup! No apology, no attempt to fix their mistake, and zero customer service skills. This is hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had with ChaTraMue. Avoid this branch if you don’t want to waste your money and get insulted by rude staff!

The shop is easy find, big and clean. I ordered Thai tea the taste was exactly the same the one in Thailand. Staff was polite. Also they do have some Thai dishes available such as Green curry etc but I didn’t try

As a regular customer in Thailand and HK, i was surprised when the staff told me they never had vegan drinks! I had to point at the poster by the front door to order what I wanted. Your shop really need to provide better training - how does your staff don’t even know your own products? How many vegan customer had you turn away today alone? To put the icing on the cake I was given a no sugar drinks when I ordered 100% sugar. Very disappointing experience.
