The merchant has too many Food Panda orders and can't keep up. Just let me know the actual order number and the estimated waiting time, and I’m perfectly fine with canceling it if necessary. I initially asked how long the wait would be, and they said just for two orders, but I ended up waiting for over 30 minutes and my order still wasn’t ready. When others asked, they said there were still only two orders ahead. I had been waiting the whole time, and if it was going to take too long, I would have considered canceling, but I didn't expect that waiting for two orders would take this long. Then I saw other customers with numbers ahead of ours already picking up their food.

Super rude lady! Their drinks are good, I’ve always like their shop in Sheung Wan, but definitely pricier than the average already. Service at this shop could be heaps better! Passing by on a Friday evening, a couple things on their menu are sold out. So I got the Pulpy Watermelon and asked if there are anything inside other than watermelon bits, the lady said there are aloe vera. I asked if I don’t want aloe vera, would it be possible to change to bubble. She sort of gave me an attitude saying cannot change, if I want bubble I can add money for it, which is understandable, but did not need for an attitude. Then I asked about ShopBack, if I want to use it, she just said just input $39. I asked how, “do I show you or pay directly?” while I already scanned the QR code, and again with a rude attitude she’s was like “there’s a QR code there isn’t there” and then kept mumbling things about me using that and not figuring it out. When I had said “excuse me?” She was like “Oh, nothing”

Don't bother with this chain. They purposely make customers wait to create a false illusion of a busy shop. Sadly the tea and fruit drinks are just average at best.
