Lazy staff members, rude, it said it was open until 11 PM but they told us they were closed at 10, the wheelchair lift was broken, air-conditioning was broken, clothes were very messy, no children’s items

I waited for 30 minutes for the shop to open, it said to be open by 10 am but I waited till 10 24 and its still closed then I saw the employees smoking outside while it's 10 30 and the shop is still closed

Nice shop but the cashiers just chatted with each other and ignored customers who were waiting to pay.

Very lazy, rude and irresponsible staffs. The staffs can clearly see the customers in need, but does not care and goes back to chat with themselves. Didn’t even apologise to me for charging extra and not the discount price. If you are willing to work, please do and dont ruin the customers day as well. (Even if some customers are rude to you staffs). Be dedicated, happy, determined and motivated when you guys work. This isn’t the first time. Show respect and not the attitude. I don’t think im the first to experience the worst case scenario from here, especially by the staffs.

Occasionally I’ve seen the fire exits be blocked by boxes and products; heaven forbid those exits ever need to be used especially with the bad history of urban building fires in HK. Other than the breach of compliance and safety, the store is too crowded and the AC doesn’t work very well, making for a very very uncomfortable shopping experience. Despite being a new store, the place already looks dated. The fitting rooms are in the worst state and are absolutely filthy. Although, it is filthy everywhere (pests included) Staff are lazy and unhelpful. A friend that shopped here paid for a dress that was supposed to be $60-80 less than what she actually paid for. Staff argued against her despite the price tag being a different price to what was showing on the POS machine.
