Cha chaan teng and bing sutt menus are long, running from milk tea, pineapple buns and toast to rice plates, macaroni soup and fried noodles, with set menus at breakfast and tea time. The office lunch hour (roughly 13:00–14:00) is the busiest, so come earlier or later for a calmer meal; many shops pin the day's specials and prices on the wall. You can ask for no ice, less sugar or a hot drink instead when ordering; the set meals of the day usually change daily.
Google lists the opening hours as daily, 07:00–21:00. It is open seven days a week. Arrangements may differ on public holidays, over Lunar New Year and when a typhoon signal No. 8 or above or a black rainstorm warning is in force, so call before making a special trip. You can call 2856 8659; a phone call is the quickest way to ask about availability, prices or how to get there. More information is on its website, fairwood.com.hk.

Wan Chai is part of the Wan Chai District on Hong Kong Island. The north shore of Hong Kong Island is one of the densest business areas in the city: the MTR Island Line runs from Kennedy Town to Chai Wan, the trams ("ding dings") between Kennedy Town and Shau Kei Wan, and many businesses trade from upper floors of office blocks and older tenement buildings. The south side is known for beaches, trails and fishing harbours such as Repulse Bay, Stanley and the Aberdeen typhoon shelter, which get busy at weekends and on public holidays. Wan Chai mixes the office towers around the Convention and Exhibition Centre with old markets and tenement buildings, and nearby restaurants get busy during big trade fairs.

Less busy than your typical Fairwood. As usual, their sweet and sour pork is delicious - crispier than other HK fast food places.

Iq tax. The beef was super fatty. Pork was not offered since the fridge was not functioning properly. Manager was kindly enough to replace better beef for me

Always a pleasant dining experience - hassle-free quick grab. I also like how their menu changes often and how clean the place is all the time.

The true definition of fast food without feeling too unhealthy. Always a good value and selection of food to eat with drinks. Theres a different menu that gets posted for bfast, lunch and dinner. The service is always quick and nice. Seating is a hit or miss but most times you can get a spot or share a table. This is a good go to option when you dont know what to eat.

Good price ! Staff always polite and friendly, better than those in expensive restaurants! More healthy food choices than most other fast food chains or restaurants! Location is convenient although not accessible for wheelchairs or customers with problem with stairs.
