Visited Nov 2025 with my wife - great place to go if you are looking for HK-style breakfast, and if properly timed, you won't have any issues getting seated. Alex took care of us from the moment we stepped in, giving us dish recommendations and was definitely one of the friendliest locals we'd met during our trip. Highly recommend!

Been on a baked pork chop over rice binge. Pork chop was perfect, not fatty at all. Sauce was good, had just enough tang and wasnt over sauced to drench the rice. You can taste the subtlety of the egg. Got in before 12 to beat the rush, plenty of seating, service was good, price was a little higher than others but normal for wan chai?

Came here for a quick breakfast and my other half was amazed by their macaroni soup. Everything was up to normal tea house standard. The scrambled egg was good. I made a mistake and requested a change, and surprisingly they were very kind and accommodating. The place is clean, well-run and efficient.

clean, quiet, nice cha chaan teng food, friendly service! cons: (1) the cheese instant noodles was more like cream sauce. (2) the onion sauce of spaghetti was TOO sweet. (3) added extra cost for a sunny-side-up but it came as over-easy. a friend said their pork chop is rather tough and dry, but for me it’s acceptable.

I came around 9:45am. It was 3/4 full. Staff were mostly pleasant except one auntie server who was a bit unhappy when I told her she delivered the wrong order to me. But other than that, all good. The food was delicious. We had instant noodles: - with scrambled eggs and satay beef. The beef was flavorful and yummy. - second one also with scrambled eggs, but panfried pork chop. It was a big chunk of meat yet tender and tasty. You can choose how you want your eggs done. We just happened to choose scrambled eggs. The noodles were done just right - unlike some places where it is either slightly hard or overcooked. Overall a pleasant experience - no shouting, no madness, no rush. Plus a good bowl of noodles with tender, delicious meat. 👍🏼
