I had a wonderful stay at the Royal Plaza Hotel in Hong Kong! The hotel itself is fantastic—comfortable, well-located, and offering top-notch service throughout. I want to give a special shoutout to our housekeeper, May (媚), who was absolutely excellent. Her attention to detail, warmth, and dedication to keeping our room pristine truly elevated our stay. It is staff members like her who make a hotel experience feel extra special and memorable. Thank you to the entire team, and a huge thank you to May for her hard work and wonderful hospitality. We are really happy to choose this hotel for our stay in Hong Kong. The staff and management are really going the extra miles to ensure our stay is comfortable. We booked 2 rooms. One is for my mom and aunt, both are old. Upon arrival, we found that the tyre of the wheel chair was damaged. The hotel provided a temporary wheelchair to be used by my mother during the stay. The next day, the supervisor checked whether additional amenities were needed for my mom and aunt. Upon which she sent a bench that could be used in the shower room to make them easier when taking the shower. I could never imagine of such attentive service is provided by the hotel. The room and bathroom are very clean. The size is roomy considering its location is in a strategic area in Mong Kok. It is located just next to MOKO shopping mall with abundant choice for dining. The Mong Kok East mtr station is just below the MOKO, so it is quite convenient to go anywhere. Big thanks to the hotel staff and manager for providing such an attentive service for olderly
