I staid at the Cordis Hotel for two consecutive nights just after having staid at the Disney Resort for two nights, and I had an outstanding time at the Cordis! Concierge and front desk were very helpful, the room was beautiful as was bathroom with beautiful shower and stand alone bath tub. Rooftop pool and spa and views were top notch. Unparalleled though was the wine tasting class with Ming Court’s Sommelier, Noble Lee. It was one of the best complimentary experiences I’ve ever had a hotel. The champagne and wine and food pairings were outstanding, as was the setting in a room set to 18 Celsius which apparently is perfect for wine tasting. Best of all though was Noble himself! He was engaging, informative, patient, knowledgeable, fun and professional at once. Due to this experience, not only will I stay at the Cordis again next I’m in Hong Kong, but I’ll also dine at Ming Court. Outstanding experience!

I had a wonderful stay at Cordis, Hong Kong. The room was spacious, spotless, and incredibly comfortable, making it so easy to relax after a long day of exploring the city. A special thank you to Crystal, who truly stood out. She was exceptionally professional, attentive, and consistently went above and beyond to ensure everything was taken care of. Her genuine care and dedication made a lasting impression, and she truly deserves special recognition for the exceptional service she provides. Thank you to the entire team for the wonderful hospitality. I look forward to staying at Cordis again!

We had a wonderful stay at Cordis. The hotel is clean, modern, and very well maintained. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The service was excellent from check-in to check-out, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. The location is also very convenient, with easy access to shopping, restaurants, and public transportation. I would definitely stay here again!

I had a wonderful stay at the Cordis. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and the staff were incredibly accommodating throughout my stay. The rooms were spacious, and the bed and pillows were exceptionally comfortable. I booked through Trip.com, which included a complimentary wine tasting experience. As someone from Australia who has visited quite a few cellar doors, I can honestly say this was by far one of my favourites. Allen, who hosted the session, was superb — knowledgeable, engaging, and welcoming. I’d highly recommend travellers take advantage of this offer during their stay. Best char Siu. I would def stay again. Really good location.
