Hotels and guesthouses in Hong Kong must be licensed by the Office of the Licensing Authority under the Home Affairs Department; licensed guesthouses usually show their licence number at the door, and the register can be checked online. You will need an ID card or travel document at check-in, which is usually from 14:00 or 15:00, with check-out around noon; city rooms tend to be compact, so check the room size and whether it has a window. Ask about early check-in or late check-out when you book.

Its website is hilton.com, which may show prices, details of what it offers or online booking.

Mong Kok is part of the Yau Tsim Mong District in Kowloon. Around Kwun Tong and Kowloon Bay many industrial buildings now house offices, restaurants, gyms and studios, while Kai Tak is a newer district. Kowloon's streets are busiest in the evening and at weekends, shops keep long hours with many open until about 22:00, and the Kwun Tong, Tsuen Wan and Tuen Ma lines plus buses and minibuses reach almost everywhere. Mong Kok is one of Hong Kong's busiest shopping districts: Tung Choi Street (the Ladies' Market) and Fa Yuen Street (Sneakers Street) are lined with small shops, and the buildings along Nathan Road hold countless upstairs shops.

Really satisfied with my stay here. Great location, clean and cozy rooms, friendly and helpful staff. The hotel offers a quiet and comfortable environment in the heart of Mongkok. All facilities are well maintained, and the service is thoughtful. Would recommend to anyone visiting Hong Kong!

We stayed for 5 days in July 2026. Location is fine, if you don't mind walking. Service was professional, efficient and transactional, but it was not friendly by western standards. Breakfast was disappointing as staff did not introduce themselves, check-in with us, or offer proactive assistance over five days. While this may partly reflect cultural or language differences, I have visited eight other Asian countries but never experienced such consistently silent or disengaged behavior. Another issue was the background music at breakfast. The same short jazz track (about 2½ minutes long) played on repeat throughout breakfast. Over five mornings, I estimate I heard it more than 90 times. I raised the concern with the host after the second day, but he seemed unable to help—possibly due to a language barrier. During my stay, I found the breakfast offerings very disappointing as a vegan. There were no non‑dairy milk options such as soy, almond, or oat. Even the soy milk offered at the front desk as a welcome drink was mixed with dairy. Vegetable and noodle dishes were prepared with chicken stock, making them unsuitable for vegetarians. The salad bar lacked beans, and there was no tofu

Stayed here one night on a longer trip to HK, needing a cheaper room for the last night due to rates being higher for the holiday. As a Diamond, I found it easy to check in early (around 12:45pm) and when the room we pre-selected wasn’t ready, they just moved us to a similar room that was ready. Appreciated the ease of doing this. Property is located in the city proper but about a 10-minute walk from most train/bus stops; we saw many tourists coming near it saying things like, “Finally!”; the humidity makes it tough. Not much in the immediate vicinity in terms of restaurants, sites, etc but about 10 blocks away, it’s like you’re in the middle of Manhattan and are right in the middle of everything. Some people may find this frustrating but I appreciated it because it was quiet when you are at the hotel. Though upgraded as a Diamond, the room, like many in HK, was still small. The AC didn’t work particularly well, hovering around 23/24 even when setting it to the lowest setting so we had to call for help when we got back in, which took about 30 minutes. Someone ended up coming with a ladder and did something in the vent, then we were told it can’t cool below 21 and that it’s worki

Great stay overall. The location is excellent and very convenient. The room is on the smaller side, but that’s quite understandable for Hong Kong, so no complaints there. Front desk staff Micheal L was warm and professional, making the check-in experience very pleasant. The buffet breakfast had a wide variety of options and was definitely a highlight of the stay. Would happily stay again.
