When choosing a café or dessert shop, look at whether prices are shown, whether plant milks or less-sweet options are available, and whether there is a time limit on seats. Many open seven days a week, but some small shops take a weekly day off; for cakes or large orders of pastries, calling ahead is the safest bet. If you plan to work or study in a café, check for power sockets and any seating time limit.
Google lists the opening hours as Mon–Wed 12:00–18:00, Thu–Sat 12:00–23:00, Sun 12:00–18:00. It opens every day of the week. Arrangements may differ on public holidays, over Lunar New Year and when a typhoon signal No. 8 or above or a black rainstorm warning is in force, so call before making a special trip. You can call 2452 2345; a phone call is the quickest way to ask about availability, prices or how to get there. Its website is flowcoffee.hk, which may show prices, details of what it offers or online booking.
It has a Google rating of 3.6 out of 5 from 141 reviews. Opinions are mixed but broadly steady, and the latest reviews are the best guide to what to expect.
Sham Shui Po is part of the Sham Shui Po District in Kowloon. Around Kwun Tong and Kowloon Bay many industrial buildings now house offices, restaurants, gyms and studios, while Kai Tak is a newer district. Kowloon's streets are busiest in the evening and at weekends, shops keep long hours with many open until about 22:00, and the Kwun Tong, Tsuen Wan and Tuen Ma lines plus buses and minibuses reach almost everywhere. Sham Shui Po is known for the electronics and second-hand stalls of Apliu Street and the fabric and button shops around Ki Lung Street and Yu Chau Street, where many older shops still prefer cash.

The staff were really friendly, explaining the menu patiently in English, while the playlist was also top-notch. Loved the overall atmosphere, but found the drinks really lacking, especially for the price. The one drink per patron policy is also a bit obscene, considering the price of the specialty drinks. I had the Hojicha tea soda — couldn’t taste the Hojicha flavour, felt it was too diluted by the soda water.

Small but cozy place, jazzy music sets a wonderful atmosphere, friendly & welcoming team, introduces their specialty and a great range of hand drip coffee… was recommended a bean from Colombia (?) to make flat white and so surprised it really gave a taste of chocolatey/ strawberry milkshake! Wonderful experience!

If you want to find specialty beans and coffee, Flow is a MUST visit in Hong Kong. The barista can always offer you something that blows your mind away. Being a customer from the very beginning, I still come here time to time to refresh my palette with surprise. Their cups are my personal favourites too!!!! 推薦!!

Flow is one of the many coffee shops to have opened up in the Sham Shui Po district in the past couple of years. They are located on the corner of Tai Nan Street and Skep Kip Mei Street and are presently open from 12pm to 6pm daily. There is limited seating inside with two tables and a handful of window and bar side seating, probably enough space to accommodate around 10-12 people at a time. There is often a queue outside Flow as well, especially on weekends. Atmosphere is urban with eclectic hints. Service was very friendly during our visit. They focus on hand drip coffee first making use of beans roasted by Coffea Circulor from Norway but can do espresso and other black and white coffees if you like. Flow has a nice looking range of desserts and offer a few other savoury food items as well. During a recent visit we tried their Brazil and Guatemala hand drip coffees. The Brazil was medium with subtle, good flavour, a nice morning style coffee. The Guatemala was a lighter coffee with more noticeable citrus and fruity notes, something tea drinkers should really enjoy. Overall, we liked having afternoon coffee at Flow. Had just finished lunch and had no room for desserts but real
