We were given a room that was so moist the floor is wet & slippery, walls & mirror is also dump when touched, we tolerated for 2nights but it was so unbearable as there was a sour smell coming out from the AC so we requested to have a room change, the reception was kind enough to change our room and apologized for the incident. We were assigned to a room with twin bed without extra charge. Overall we had a good stay.

Stayed as a sole traveller for 10 days. Location is easily get to (can catch a local airport bus A11) or MTR to Fortress Hill Station. Its a quieter part of MTR HK island line and I like the quieter location that is 2 stops from Causeway Bay. Reception team are polite and efficient, and the desk is always attended, which is great. Water dispenser and Coffee machine are also on the reception level. Complimentary bread/toast for breakfast is basic, but an appreciated offer. You are also very close to the handful of local bakeries and eateries, the 7-eleven on the corner, and Wellcome supermarket at the MTR station allows you to access everything you need. I have stayed here with my mum also in past trips, its not too small for 2 people but suits those who can make focused use of space. Iclub has functional spaces - but it is small for some. It is a comfortable space for me though - I unpack my medium suitcase and tuck under the bed, and my hand /backpack fits in the small luggage store under the cupboard/wardrobe. I hand and place things in that small wardrobe and also in the bathroom. After I set what I need in bathroom, on my work desk, and on my snack stand (which i put
