Rip off merchants. Charging almost $40 each for blade fuses, which should be $10 at most. Stay clear!

Absolute crooks. Don’t shop here. They charged me double price for a light bulb. I tried to return it 2mins after purchasing and they refused to make give me my money back. My friend bought the same item for half the price next door

Not sure why all the nasty reviews…jealous neighbouring shops? 😅 my experience was great. No shop would take my electric coffee grinder for repair, except for this one. I asked more than 10 shops in central and k-town. Examined, called me back to explain what was wrong and repaired within a few day! Price was super, super reasonable. The son and the wife were there when I picked it up and they were super polite too. Father left note to son, to remind me what NOT to do to prevent issues in the future. This shop cares. Thank you Mr. Chu!

Purchased from this place before and they are consistently more expensive than the surrounding stores if buying the same items. However, they did carry some other items that the other stores didn't carry, at a significantly higher markup. This time was a specific light bulb that the neighboring 3 stores didn't carry. Let's just say for the price of the bulb you can go down to Ikea and get a brand new LED light fixture, and that would still be cheaper than that bulb!! If you MUST get a particular part right away and the neighboring stores don't have it, pay the price. Otherwise, go elsewhere!

Went here to change an LED bulb. It worked then didn't work after a couple days at home. Went back to replace the bulb. They tried to charge me full price, had to argue to pay 2/3 the price for the replacement. The second replacement also died within a week.
