Should the crust of napoleon tarts be this crispy? I assumed it was going to be flaky and buttery, but it was hard and crunchy. While it wasn't the texture I preferred nor expected, it tasted not too bad.

if you love flan or creme caramel then hashtag b' egg tart will be your top pick. i like the crispy flaky crust that holds the it well and it has a surprise liquid gold inside. it amazed me how they managed to do that. if you want a more subtle and a bit savory flavor then the cheese tart could be your best choice. if you ask me, i prefer their napoleon tart over bakehouse but that's just me being a flan lover and ir's not sweet at all though of course the liquid gold aka caramel inside adds another dimension of flavor from just a plain egg custard.

I’d heard about this place for a long time, and finally got the chance to try it. I ordered three of their signature items: * Napoleon Tart – Absolutely delicious. Fragrant, rich, creamy, and very well balanced without being overly sweet. What I especially liked was the layer at the bottom that tasted almost like caramel, adding extra depth to the tart. * Pistachio Tart – Also very good, though personally I preferred the Napoleon Tart more. * Egg Tart – This one had a distinct cream cheese character—rich, creamy, slightly sweet, with a hint of acidity that balanced it nicely. Overall, I’d definitely recommend trying this place at least once if you have the opportunity. Personally, if I go back again, I’d happily buy them again without hesitation.

Loved their Signature Egg Tart but the Pistachio was really good! ⭐ It had a rich pistachio flavor. There was no line since we went there around 9pm. However the Scones were too dry & bland for me 😅 But the egg tarts are a must try!

small cute bakery 🥯 many options with sweet and savoury flavours. napoleon egg tart was very crispy and had a deep egg filling. earl gray pineapple bun was slightly hard with a subtle flavour. potentially a bad batch. service is quick but cues can build fast. mo inside seating. a must try but i think there are other small bakeries with the same/better quality
