Tsim Sha Tsui is part of the Yau Tsim Mong District in Kowloon. Around Kwun Tong and Kowloon Bay many industrial buildings now house offices, restaurants, gyms and studios, while Kai Tak is a newer district. Kowloon's streets are busiest in the evening and at weekends, shops keep long hours with many open until about 22:00, and the Kwun Tong, Tsuen Wan and Tuen Ma lines plus buses and minibuses reach almost everywhere. The Tsim Sha Tsui waterfront has the Avenue of Stars and the Cultural Centre, Star Ferries cross to Central and Wan Chai, and the area is full of hotels, malls and restaurants.

I had a very rare craving for a croissant, so had to make sure it was going to be worth it. Red Bridge did not disappoint - croissant was big with crispy-flaky layers and buttery soft inside with enough chew. Just perfect. Gorgonzola pretzel was deliciously cheesy. Will be going back to try the pineapple bun-croissant....

Stopped by Red Bridge, a lovely bakery that embraces a "Bakery in Nature" concept, featuring an eye-catching crimson storefront banner. The aroma of freshly baked dough hit me before I even stepped inside! As shown in their main display counter they offer a massive variety of baked goods, ranging from premium loaves and mochi cakes to savory options like the British Gammon Ham Salt Butter Roll. I also highly appreciate that their wooden display shelves are equipped with clear protective plastic guards keeping everything well-presented and exceptionally hygienic. Here is a breakdown of my takeaway haul from my visit ๐ฅ Pineapple Cookie-Crust Croissant this fusion pastry is an absolute standout. It combines the sweet, crunchy cookie-style crust of a classic Hong Kong pineapple bun with a flaky western croissant. The golden crust offers a delightful, sugary crunch that perfectly complements the airy, buttery, laminated layers inside. ๐ Kouign-Amann (Caramelized Laminated Pastries) These circular pastries come in a set of three. The lamination on these is beautiful, featuring a gorgeous glossy, caramelized exterior. It delivers a perfect contrast between the crispy, sticky outer glaze a

I'm seldom a fan of glitzy shopping malls, but K11 is the exception. Really interesting interior design with a dark club like vibe. Having made a point of not buying coffee from the dedicated outlets, because of disposable cups, I went to Red Bridge with low expectations. Seeing afogato on the menu - I had to choose it and was impressed. Really good espresso and lots of ice cream. I might even come back!

Nestled in the vibrant heart of K11 Musea in Tsim Sha Tsui, ๐๐๐ ๐๐ซ๐ข๐๐ ๐ is my new go-to for pastries made with fresh, premium ingredients that truly shine. They focus on high-end French techniques and top-quality flours and butters, turning every bite into something special. - Experienced their standout items starting with the classic ๐๐ซ๐จ๐ข๐ฌ๐ฌ๐๐ง๐ญ (๐๐$๐๐), made with premium French flour, French butter, egg, and sugar. It took first place in a blind taste test, and you can taste why; with ultra-flaky layers and that perfect buttery richness. Next up is the ๐๐๐ฆ ๐๐ง๐ ๐๐ก๐๐๐ฌ๐ ๐๐ซ๐จ๐ข๐ฌ๐ฌ๐๐ง๐ญ (๐๐$๐๐), using the same premium French flour and butter, with mayonnaise, sugar, and pork for a savory, melty indulgence thatโs impossible to resist. - Then thereโs the ๐๐ซ๐ฎ๐๐๐ฅ๐ ๐๐๐ฅ๐ญ ๐๐ฎ๐ญ๐ญ๐๐ซ ๐๐จ๐ฅ๐ฅ (๐๐$๐๐), crafted from a perfect blend of French and Japanese flour, butter, and fragrant truffle. They bake it fresh every day (best enjoyed the same day), but thanks to the exceptional flour ratio, it stays beautifully soft and delicious even the next day. - Donโt miss the ๐๐ญ๐ซ๐๐ฐ๐๐๐ซ๐ซ๐ฒ ๐๐๐ฌ๐๐๐ซ๐ฉ๐จ๐ง๐ ๐๐จ๐ ๐ฎ๐ซ๐ญ ๐๐ซ๐๐๐ฆ ๐๐๐ง๐๐จ (๐๐$๐๐), a generous inch-thick sandwich with a luxurious filling made from Mascarpone cheese (the key ingre
