Valuable meals in Kwun Tong The appearance is 100 points!At the top is a fresh orchid egg, followed by grated white radish and Niigata's special chicken liver, which melts in your mouth. Stirring the grated radish and the egg yolk together gives it a sweet flavour and a rich texture.The handmade Wagyu burger is full of beefy flavour and greasy aroma, and is full of meaty goodness, and the Japanese rice is also full of grains. Signature Beef Sukiyaki The sukiyaki sauce is not too sweet, the beef is tender, and there are plenty of vegetables, three types of mushrooms, tofu and egg yolk.

As you can probably guess from the name, Wagyu Donburi specialises in wagyu donburis with their limited quantity made-to-order handmade hamburg steaks being their signature dish. There are two versions of the hamburg steak donburi with fresh Japanese Ranou eggs: one made of Australi wagyu meat (HKD128) and the other of Angus beef and cheese (HKD118). We tried them both and honestly couldn’t decide which was better. The wagyu was definitely more tender and juicier, but the angus had melted cheese in the middle of the patty. We also loved the fact that you can choose the sauce and toppings you want to go with your burger. Side dishes were an extra HKD18 and drinks were an extra HKD5, plus no service charge!

🤤 best homemade wagyu hamburg in the proximity😋 the patty slightly undercooked in the center but the coat is well grilled . 🍚 usually rice didn’t come on top of our list 🤣 dig in and we literally cleaned the plate 🍽️ al dente Japanese steamed rice perfectly married with the sweet-and-savoury curry sauce and spice up by the pickles, their homemade sauce is another . 😚Angus and wagyu hamburg tie, angus beef is less melty but it’s way much aromatic . 🥚the orange-red Lan Wang Egg hits the spot!
