I was with Pauline for body repatriation from HK to Vietnam. I’m impressed with her excellent positive attitude working for the family members. She is dedicated, fast responsive, and proactive coordinator and executor for the project. Her professionalism, dedication to details, are somewhat making family members secured and eased, throughout every stages of the process.

Losing my mother was one of the most difficult experiences of my life, and I cannot speak highly enough of Natalie and the entire team at Paradise SE Limited for the care and compassion they showed throughout. From the very first conversation to the day itself and beyond, every detail was handled with the utmost professionalism and sensitivity. Nothing felt rushed or impersonal — they truly took the time to understand what mattered and made sure the day reflected that. The funeral was beautifully arranged and ran seamlessly, which gave us the space to grieve and celebrate Mum's life without worry. In what was an incredibly emotional time, knowing everything was in such capable and caring hands made an enormous difference to our family. We dealt with Carmen & her wonderful team on the repatriation of a dearly loved mother & grandmother. The exceptional standard of the work carried out & the great communication made everything very easy. The lady was superbly embalmed, dressed & presented. She arrived in The UK in perfect condition. I am so happy to have Pauline to help me to arrange everything for my deceased wife. Being in the worst moment of my life she was there to support me. Pauline did an excellent presentation of what needed to be done for my wife funeral. My special request was to transport my wife remain back to United States. That needed to deal with HK US Consulate. Plus all the paper work between HK funeral office and the US counter part. Pauline did a good job of commicate with them. Farewell ceremony was the last event before my wife heading home. It was my last chance to see my wife. Finally my wife arrived US safely. That conclude all the work done by Pauline. I specially thank her for all the work that she has done for my family. Thank you.

My family recently attended a funeral organized by Paradise SE. As relatives travelling from Canada, we were deeply impressed and thankful for their professional and caring service. The Paradise team was highly responsive, patiently answered our many questions, and handled every detail with great respect and efficiency.
