They explained every arrangement carefully and responded quickly to our questions, making the whole process smooth and giving us peace of mind as we said goodbye to our father. 感謝環球壽儀，我太太故去，後事安排全靠環球壽儀，張生、燕姐及一眾員工都很體貼，在我們家屬決定用何種形式辦後事時，都盡可能給與最詳細的資料以讓我們家屬作出最適合自己的決定，價錢亦清楚明瞭。很多後事中比較繁瑣的程序，他們都幫我們家屬包辦，無後顧之憂下去紀念懷緬先人。而當我走不出太太離世的陰霾時，他們亦開導我讓我想通，從而堅強地送我太太最後一程，為她人生畫上一個圓滿句號。萬分感謝！

在處理爸爸的身後事這段艱難時期，衷心感謝 「環球壽儀」 的 文哥和燕姐。 兩位專業且有交帶。由籌備到儀式完成，每一個細節都處理得妥當，令我們作後輩的感到十分安心。面對我們不清楚的禮儀或程序，總是耐心地說明。 在感傷的時候，能遇到一份專業又體貼的協助，對家人來說是莫大的安慰。再次多謝文哥、燕姐的幫忙。十分推薦。

在親人突然離世，立即由外地趕回香港辦理喪事。經親友介紹認識到環球壽儀，家人跟主理人傾談，當中解答了很多家人在喪事上就傳統禮節上不理解的地方，而他們按着家人的意願給予適當意見把整件喪禮辦理很得體和暢順。當日他們都會派同事在場打點由靈堂怖置到翌日火化，及處理先人骨灰暫存。 還提醒家人由先人離世開始所需要注意的日子和事項，並且協提供相關的服務。可讓家人在這段傷痛日子時輕鬆辦理喪事。

Appreciate kelvin and team for helping with my father-in-law’s wake. They were very responsive and patient to walk us through step by step in this difficult time.
